Dedication to success and quality has been our focus since our company was founded by Gary and Diane Blocker in 1969. Initially a small owner/operator earthwork company, we have expanded our focus over the years to include site excavation, underground utility construction, building excavation and remedial work. We have completed work on subdivision projects, airports, golf courses, commercial and industrial developments, mined land reclamation projects, flood control initiatives, and virtually hundreds of other projects that involve heavy construction.

Although our company has grown over the years, we still maintain a hands-on management style. As a family owned and operated business, a company owner is involved in the daily project management of every project that we complete. This personal attention to your project allows us to respond to changing project conditions and needs immediately so we may avoid delays that are costly in terms of both time and money. You will find that our mix of company owners and key employees provides a well balanced level of supervision for each project that we complete--from the largest to the smallest.

We offer preconstruction services to assist you with budgeting and value engineering to help you avoid unexpected costs and delays. We monitor your project during construction to make sure that we complete our work in the most efficient manner possible while keeping in mind the needs of other contractors.
